Emergency Equipment

We have a wide range of world class emergency equipment that include. Ventilators that are used to assist with breathing. The defibrillators are used to shock the patients that are in cardiac arrest and heart pacing machines serve as external pacemakers and Jaws of Life. We make use of multi-parameter vital signs monitors that measure blood pressure, temperature, the pulse rate and the heart conduction. <br><br>Special infusion pumps and syringe drivers are used to deliver the right amount of drugs and intravenous fluids to the patient. Our spinal immobilization equipment and self-loading stretchers will ensure that no further injury is sustained to the neck and back, minimizing the risk of permanent disability. Pure medical oxygen and artificial respirators and nebulizers are always available to assist with breathing difficulties such as asthma. We have dedicated maternity and delivery kits and have the expertise to perform emergency deliveries in the ambulances. Our advanced paramedics has a well-controlled medicine and drug register and is able to administer scheduled drugs if needed. Each drug is recorded, and an audit trail is kept when scheduled drugs are administered.

Social Responsibilities

As an intrigal of society, both management and staff members see it as part of their day to give back to the community. This is strongly enforced by management. SISILA EMS is still in the process of spreading its wings, yet it has managed to make an impact to a sector of the community that is largely neglected. The team also provides free day clinics for the elderly in the local community. They take time to check blood pressure and blood sugar levels. These services would normally take the individual the entire day at the local clinic or hospital but with the SISILA EMS dedicated team all of this is achieved in a matter of minutes. Our highly qualified staff also takes the time to conduct training course and provide any additional information that may be required regarding first aid.
